設計師是視覺藝術的締造者，也講故事的人。
  他們扮演著許多角色，但對他們來說，共同的任務是講述他們所想象的空間和世界的故事。通常，設計師必須通過圖像傳達這些想法。通過他們的圖像，他們可以塑造和影響他人的感受，傳遞他們的想法。
  而知名的年度渲染獎（Render of The Year award）就是為了這些表彰引人入勝的圖像，向更多觀者講述神秘深邃、豐富多彩的建筑、室內、城市和世界的故事。
  年度渲染獎的評委團來自各大建筑事務所及資深CG公司，分別是：
