凡愛好服裝設(shè)計(jì)，年齡在18-45歲者均可報(bào)名參賽。
Anyone engaged in fashion design and age 18-45 is qualified to participate.

1. 決賽時(shí)間暫定于11月（具體時(shí)間以入圍通知書為準(zhǔn)）；2. 決賽地點(diǎn)：中國廣東省東莞市虎門鎮(zhèn)虎門會展中心多功能廳（具體地點(diǎn)以入圍通知書為準(zhǔn)）；3. 入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于決賽前3天（北京時(shí)間）到達(dá)決賽地點(diǎn)（具體時(shí)間以入圍通知書為準(zhǔn)）；4. 獲得金、銀、銅獎(jiǎng)的作品由組委會收藏。

2.凡志愿參加者填報(bào)參賽表格，務(wù)必將參賽表格聯(lián)同參賽作品效果圖于2021年8月7日前寄到大賽組委會；參賽表格可在虎門會展網(wǎng)（http://hmcec.com/）、穿針引線網(wǎng)（http://www.eeff.net/）下載。海外選手可在寄稿之后將電子稿件發(fā)至郵箱whitneyhuang@163.com。2.Please complete the application form(available on http://hmcec.com/andhttp://art.cfw.cn ) and send it by express to the organizing committee as well as the fashion drawings by August 7th , 2021(submission deadline). 2. 報(bào)名截稿后，由評委對來稿進(jìn)行初審，選出30個(gè)系列入圍決賽，入圍作品將進(jìn)行公示一周，組委會于9月1日后在http://hmcec.com/以及“虎門服裝”官方微信公眾號上公布入圍選手名單（參賽選手可查閱初評結(jié)果），并以書面形式通知入圍選手制作實(shí)物參加決賽。2. The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline; 30 works will be selected for the final, and these 30 shortlisted works will be made public. The organizing committee will publish the name list of finalists on http://hmcec.com/ or WeChat official account after September 1st and notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.
二、范圍：女裝（面料、材料不限）II. Range: Women’s wear (all fabric & material available).
三、參賽作品必須是同一個(gè)主題（概念）的原創(chuàng)系列設(shè)計(jì)，每個(gè)系列4套服裝，其中1套為展示個(gè)人藝術(shù)才華和風(fēng)格的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)，3套，配合整個(gè)系列所選擇的主題元素，進(jìn)行商業(yè)化衍生，著重突出商業(yè)價(jià)值和市場潛力。
III. Participants’ design should include 4 suits (1+3 mode). 1 suit of creative design that shows participants’ fashion style, creativity and aesthetic taste; 3 suits of market-oriented design that present strong market positioning and value. The 4 suits must be original design and designed under the same concept.
4.所有參賽材料必須與作品裝訂成冊。IV.Application materials1.Application form2.Design and complete the series of women’s wear ( 4 suits ) according to the theme of the competition. All 4 suits should be drawn on one drawing(A3 Size:297mmx420mm), mark out the creative one with pencil. On the opposite side: (1) subject, design illustration(maximum 50 words) written on the left top; (2) name, sex, date of birth, nationality, school of graduation, education, working company, address of working company, E-mail and telephone number on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed);3.front and back pattern drawing;4.sample of the fabric & material (8cmx8cm).5.All materials for competition shall be bound with works.
五、所有參賽材料一律不退，請自留底稿。在參賽期間所繪制的參賽作品及成衣，組委會有權(quán)進(jìn)行宣傳、出版發(fā)行和演出。V.Materials for competition will not be returned, please keep the manuscripts. The organizing committee shall have the right to promote, publish and display the works and apparels made by participants during the competition.
六、來稿必須是未發(fā)表過的原創(chuàng)作品，如發(fā)現(xiàn)一稿多投或抄襲，則視為無效稿件。VI.The contribution must be the works never published. Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.
2. 獲獎(jiǎng)作品將在專業(yè)報(bào)刊、雜志及網(wǎng)上發(fā)表；決賽現(xiàn)場由有關(guān)電視臺錄播。2. The prized works will be published in the professional journals. The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.
3.（a）入圍選手交通費(fèi)由組委會負(fù)責(zé)。其中：歐美選手一萬元（人民幣），亞洲選手五千元（人民幣）［注：中國選手三千元（人民幣）］；（b）入圍選手在虎門參賽期間由組委會提供免費(fèi)食宿；（以上所有獎(jiǎng)金金額均為稅前，組委會保留最終解釋權(quán)）3. (a)Finalists’ traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists; 5,000RMB for Asian finalists; 3,000RMB for Chinese finalists.(b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.Note: Bonuses are pre-tax.(The organizing committee reserves all rights.)
