參賽資格
凡愛好服裝設計，年齡在45歲以下者均可報名參賽。
QUALIFICATION
Anyone engaged in fashion design and under 45 is qualified to participate.
參賽方法及截稿日期
1、參賽者可于2020年4月28日開始在www.hmcec.com,www.gdfz.org或http://art.cfw.cn網上查看相關資料。
2、凡志愿參加者填報參賽表格，務必將參賽表格聯同參賽作品效果圖于2020年7月31日前寄交大賽組委會（以寄出郵戳為準）；參賽表格可在虎門會展網（www.hmcec.com）、CFW服裝設計網（http://art.cfw.cn/）下載。海外選手可在寄稿之后將電子稿件發至郵箱whitneyhuang 163.com。

PARTICIPATION AND DEADLINE
1、Participants can search from the websites www.hmcec.com,www.gdfz.org or art.cfw.cn for detailed information from April 28th,2020.
2、Please complete the application form(available on www.hmcec.com,www.gdfz.org,http://art.cfw.cn and send it to the organizing committee as well as the fashion drawings by July 31,2020(subject to postmark date).Participants outside China can send the digital works to our email(whitneyhuang 163.com)at the same time.

評選方法
1、評選分為初賽、決賽兩階段進行。
2、報名截稿后，由評委對來稿進行初審，選出30個系列入圍決賽，入圍作品將進行公示一周，組委會于9月1日后在www.hmcec.com、www.gdfz.org以及“虎門服裝”官方微信公眾號上公布入圍選手名單（參賽選手可查閱初評結果），并以書面形式通知入圍選手制作實物參加決賽。
SELECTION
1、The competition will carry through preliminary and final.
2、The judges will evaluate the works based on the rules after the deadline;30 works will be selected for the final,and these 30 shortlisted works will be made public.The organizing committee will publish the name list of finalists on www.hmcec.com,www.gdfz.org or WeChat official account after September 1st and notify them with written form to make preparation for the final.
參賽作品要求
一、主題：創意力量
二、范圍：女裝（面料、材料不限）
三、參賽作品必須是同一個主題（概念）的原創系列設計，每個系列4套服裝，其中1套為展示個人藝術才華和風格的創意設計，3套，配合整個系列所選擇的主題元素，進行商業化衍生，著重突出商業價值和市場潛力。
四、參賽者需提供以下相關材料：
1、參賽報名表
2、提交“4”套女裝系列彩色效果圖，“4”套作品畫在同一張效果圖，規格(A3:297mmx420mm)，手繪及電腦繪制均可，創意設計的一套請用鉛筆標注“創意設計”。
效果圖背面需附上以下資料：
（1）左上角附：主題名稱、設計思想（不超過50字）；
（2）左下角附：正背面款式圖；
（3）右上角附：姓名、性別、出生年月、國籍、畢業（在讀）學校、學歷、服務單位、單位地址、E-mail、聯系電話（注：所有文字必須用母語和英語書寫）；并附身份證復印件以及大一寸彩色照片1張（用信封裝好并貼牢固）；
（4）右下角附：面料小樣（8cmx8cm）。
3、所有參賽材料必須與作品裝訂成冊。
五、所有參賽材料一律不退，請自留底稿。在參賽期間所繪制的參賽作品及成衣，組委會有權進行宣傳、出版發行和演出。
六、來稿必須是未發表過的原創作品，如發現一稿多投，則視為無效稿件。
DEMANDS ON WORKS
I、Subject:The Power of Creativity
II、Range:Women’s wear(all fabric&material available).III、Participants’design should include 4 suits(1+3 mode).1 suit of creative design that shows participants’fashion style,creativity and aesthetic taste;3 suits of market-oriented design that present strong market positioning and value.The 4 suits must be original design and designed under the same concept.

1、Application form
2、Design and complete the series of women’s wear(4 suits)according to the theme of the competition.All 4 suits should be drawn on one drawing(A3 Size:297mmx420mm).On the opposite side:
(1)subject,design illustration(maximum 50 words)written on the left top;
(2)front and back pattern drawing on the left bottom;
(3)name,sex,date of birth,nationality,school of graduation,education,working company,address of working company,E-mail and telephone number on the right top(all must be filled in your native language and English);one copy of ID card and color photo(as used for passport)should be attached(packed with an envelope and well sealed);
(4)sample of the fabric&material(8cmx8cm)on the right bottom.
3、All materials for competition shall be bound with works.
V、Materials for competition will not be returned,please keep the manuscripts.The organizing committee shall have the right to promote,publish and display the works and apparels made by participants during the competition.
VI、The contribution must be the works never published.Such works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript.
決賽地點、日期及有關事宜
1、決賽時間暫定于11月中（具體時間以入圍通知書為準）；
2、決賽地點：中國廣東省東莞市虎門鎮虎門會展中心多功能廳（具體地點以入圍通知書為準）；
3、入圍選手必須攜帶參賽作品于決賽前3天（北京時間）到達決賽地點（具體時間以入圍通知書為準）；
4、獲得金、銀、銅獎的作品由組委會收藏。
DATE/PLACE OF FINAL AND MATTERS CONCERNED
1、Final:Mid-November(Estimated time,the specific time is subject to the notification)
2、Place:Multifunction Hall,Humen Convention&Exhibiton Center,Humen Town,Dongguan City,Guangdong Province,China(The specific place is subject to the notification)
3、Finalists should arrive at the final place 3 days ahead of the final night(Peking Time).(The specific time is subject to the notification)
4、The costume works awarded the gold,silver and bronze prize have to be kept by the organizing committee.
獎勵辦法
1、對獲獎者頒發獎金、獎杯、證書。
（1）金獎1名：獎金15萬元人民幣，頒發獎杯、證書；
（2）銀獎2名：獎金各8萬元人民幣，頒發獎杯、證書；
（3）銅獎3名：獎金各5萬元人民幣，頒獎獎杯、證書；
（4）優秀獎10名：獎金各2萬元人民幣，頒發證書；
（5）入圍者：頒發證書。
2、獲獎作品將在專業報刊、雜志及網上發表；決賽現場由有關電視臺錄播。
3、（a）入圍選手交通費由組委會負責。其中：歐美選手一萬元（人民幣），亞洲選手五千元（人民幣）［注：中國選手三千元（人民幣）］；
（b）入圍選手在虎門參賽期間由組委會提供免費食宿；
（以上所有獎金金額均為稅前，組委會保留最終解釋權）
ENCOURAGEMENT
1、The winners will be awarded bonus,cup and certificate.
(1)One gold prize:150,000RMB,cup and certificate;
(2)Two silver prizes:80,000 RMB,cup and certificate;
(3)Three bronze prizes:50,000 RMB,cup and certificate;
(4)Ten excellence prizes:20,000 RMB,certificate;(5)Finalist prizes:certificate.
2、The prized works will be published in the professional journals.The final will be broadcasted on relevant television stations.
3、(a)Finalists’traveling expenses are covered by the organizing committee with standards as below:10,000RMB for European and American finalists;5,000RMB for Asian finalists;3,000RMB for Chinese finalists.
(b)The organizing committee offers free accommodation during the final for the finalists.
Note:Bonuses are pre-tax.
