  競賽背景/Competition background
  拉脫維亞里加Zunda公園空間發(fā)展愿景國際公開概念設(shè)計(jì)競賽的目的是通過自由的創(chuàng)意比拼，為SIA“DG31”所屬Daugavgrīvas iela 31區(qū)域未來發(fā)展愿景和新建建筑的意向征集高質(zhì)量、優(yōu)秀的建筑設(shè)計(jì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的解決方案。
  競賽的任務(wù)是在參賽的概念設(shè)計(jì)提案中確定最佳方案，最佳方案需要符合競賽簡報(bào)中的要求，該方案將是第一階段建議的空間發(fā)展愿景和建造新建筑物的想法，制定建筑設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。
  競賽內(nèi)容/Competition content
  競賽內(nèi)容包括對競賽區(qū)域的空間發(fā)展的設(shè)想，以及競賽區(qū)域的總體規(guī)劃概念，展示了Zunda公園的未來發(fā)展階段，Daugavgrīvas iela 31號一期新建筑的建筑解決方案，以及區(qū)域改善和景觀美化的建議。

  競賽總獎(jiǎng)金為：42,000歐元（約合人民幣：345,685元），其中；
  第一名：17,000歐元（約合人民幣139,920元）；
  第二名：12,000歐元（約合人民幣98,767元）；
  第三名：7,000歐元（約合人民幣57,614元）；
  鼓勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)（2組）：各3,000歐元（約合人民幣24,692元）.
