天津國際設計大賽2019

1. 競賽主題

“創意：源于城市  發展城市”

“creativity for city

city of creativity”

創意城市的理念是在21世紀發展中迅速成長起來的一個概念。它首先取決于文化在一個城市發展中的關鍵性、推動力和重要作用。主題以社會各方面的共同需求為觀察點，討論創造力能夠為城市以及農村人民的福祉增長和可持續性發展做出貢獻。與此同時，也觀察到有些城市還在遵循將創造力作為求發展、謀福利的源動力，比如天津。

3. 評審

分別請3位國際級建筑設計師、產品設計師進行評審，從三個參賽領域分別評選：

§ 黒川雅之（日本)

§ Paolo Colantuoni（意大利）

§ 中國待定

4. 獎項

一等獎一名 兩萬+獎杯、證書

二等獎2名   一萬五+獎杯、證書

三等獎3名   一萬+ 獎杯、證書

優秀獎10名  證書

獲得一、二、三等獎的獲獎者，組委會為其免費提供參加天津國際設計周免費往返機票一張和開幕式當天一晚住宿，優秀獎提供開幕式當天一晚的住宿（團體獲獎者提供一名）

6.大賽日程

（1）、征集要求的公布與宣傳／2019年1月15日～2019年4月15日

通過各種媒體發布大賽征集的通知。

（2）、申請時間/2019年1月15日～2019年4月15日

請于上述期限內注冊登記。

（3）、作品的提交時間／1月15日～4月15日

請于上述期限內將參賽作品提交至大賽組委會。組委會將選出入圍作品。

（4）、評審期間／初期評審 4月16～17日 最終評審 4月20日。

在上述期限內評審委員會將對參賽作品進行評價，并將評審結果告知獲獎作者。

（5）、作品展示籌備期／4月26 日～5月7日

在上述期限內獲獎者將為天津設計周開幕式和設計大賽獲獎典禮以及出席入圍作品展做準備。（在此期間，入圍者需要修改設計圖或3D圖，制作模型，或思考現實作品等。）

（6） 開幕式 5月10日

（7）展覽時間11～15日

獲獎者將參加2019天津國際設計周開幕式及設計大賽頒獎典禮。

7.參賽資格

未滿40歲的個人或團隊（團隊成員須全部在40歲以下）均可參加。

8.使用語言

僅限于英語和中文簡體。

9.應征方式

請參賽者遵守以下規則：

１＿要求參賽者規定時間內登陸天津國際設計周官方網站（網址：http://www.tianjindesignweek.com）填寫報名表并按照規定格式要求報送作品發送至大賽組委會郵箱：tdwcompetition@163.com。

2＿報送同時請確認由競賽組委會發送來的具有報名序號的確認函（電子郵件）”。郵件主題以“報名編號+作品名稱+作者名”的格式命名，沒有收到確認函的請與

競賽組委會聯系。

備注：參賽者報送作品時，需提供本人身份證復印件以及在校大學生的學生證以便后期進行申請知識產權。

10．提交條件

（1）、備注請寫明：“作品名稱以及設計作品想要強調的地方或特點”

說明文字的官方用語指定為中英文。

英文要求：400單詞以內，中文要求200漢字以內。

（2）、主要是三維圖像2件

800w像素的圖像。不可以用GIF動畫。

（RGB模式，JPEG格式/2MB以上）

（3）、三面圖1張

請寫明詳細尺寸和希望使用的材料名稱。

* 提交的所有圖像文件名請分別使用英文半角標注，并請務必加注后綴（.jpg）。

【注意事項】

所有圖像資料中請不要寫入可以判定是哪位應征者的信息。

各種圖像形式均可。請任意選用模型照片，手繪速寫，電腦3D等形式。

但應征作品僅限于未發表作品和未參加過任何國際性大賽的作品

11.權利與義務

1 本大賽不收取任何費用。

2 應征作品的宣傳、展覽、轉載、出版等版權均屬于大賽組委會。組委會在使用參賽作品時署參賽作者的名字。

3 所有應征者不得向組委會要求返還提交的應征資料。同時不得向主辦方，協辦方以及組委會要求任何賠償。

應征作品必須是原創作品，不可以是類同或近似作品。不可侵害第三者的著作權或其他知識產權以及專有權利。如果發現不符合參賽條件的作品，無論大賽進展到哪個階段，組委會都有權取消其參賽資格，并取消其獎項，由此給主辦方造成的損失由參賽者承擔。

1 另外，如果針對參賽作品發生了涉及知識產權的糾紛，均由應征者處理，并承擔所有法律責任。

2 以上規則的解釋權歸主辦方所有。

Tianjin International Design Contest 2019

1.The theme: “Creativity for city  City of creativity”

The concept of creative cities is burgeoning in the 21st century. First of all, it depends on the importance and driving force of culture during the urban development. The subjects focus on the common needs from all aspects from the society and try to discuss the role of creativity in making contributions to the welfare growth and sustainable development among the cities and countryside. Meanwhile, cities like Tianjin that adhere to the rule that creativity is the source of development and welfare growth.

3. The jury

Three international jury members will review the submitted piece of works in three different fields (Architecture, Industry and Graphic Design).

4. The awards:

1 First prize RMB 20,000 plus the trophy and the certificate

2 Second prize RMB15,000 plus the trophy and the certificate

The six winners of the first to three prize will be rewarded one round-trip ticket and one night accommodation on the day of the opening ceremony of TDW 2019, while winners of the Honorable Mention will be rewarded one night accommodation only.

* If the team are the winner of the contest, the committee will provide the team with one quote of people.

Winners shall get prepared for the opening ceremony of TDW within these days (modifying the piece of works, modeling and etc. )

Winners will attend the opening ceremony of Tianjin International Design Week 2019 and Design Awards.

7.Qualification for the contest

Age under 40 (all team members must be under 40 years old. A team representative shall be indicated).

9. Modalities of participation

1_Participants will log in the Tianjin International Design Week website (http://www.tianjindesignweek.com) and fill in the application form before the deadline and send the email to tdwcompetition@163.com. Please pay attention to the filling requirements while applying.

2_Applicants will receive a confirmation email with a registration number. The subject of the email is in the form of registration number + name of work + author’s name. People who don’t receive any confirmation are welcome to contact the TDW Committee.

* When submitting the works, participants are required to provide a copy of their ID (and/or a student’s card from the college or the university) to apply for intellectual property rights.

10. Requirements of piece of works

1. Please write the name of your piece of works and provide a brief comments to clarify design features. The introduction must be in English, and a Chinese translation would be strongly recommended. About 400 English words and 200 Chinese characters are required for the comments.

*  All submitted pictures should be noted in English DBC case, and the files must be named in .jpg. For example: file1. jpg

* Name of participants are not allowed to be seen in the pictures .

Pictures can be in any form, such as models, hand drawings, 3D renderings, etc..

* ONLY WORKS THAT HAVEN’T BEEN PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED ARE ADMITTED.

11.Rights and obligations

1 Participation in the competition is completely FREE.

2 The copyright for the transmission, exhibition and publication of the work belong to the Tianjin International Design Week Committee. Every time the Committee uses the works, the authors’ name will be given.

3 Information submitted by the participants CANNOT be returned back and participants CANNOT ask for any kind of reimbursement from the TDW (committee, organizers, or sponsors).

4 The works that take part in the competition should be creative works and therefore shall not be copied from other works and shall not infringe copyright of any third party or any other intellectual property rights. In case it happens, the Committee has the right to cancel the candidate’s qualification in any stage of the contest, and has the right to withdraw the awarded prize and certification. Besides, participants are required to pay for expenses or reimbursements if their behavior causes any loss or damage.

5 If there is any dispute about intellectual property rights of the works submitted, the participants shall deal with it themselves, taking all legal responsibility;
