    “一帶一路”倡議提出以來，始終致力于推動沿線國家在經貿、基建與文化等多領域的互聯互通與共同發展。跨越大陸與海洋，連接多元文明，這一倡議不僅是經濟合作的橋梁，更是文化對話與人文共融的平臺。
SincethelaunchoftheBeltandRoadInitiative,ithasremainedcommittedtoadvancingconnectivityandcommondevelopmentamongcountriesalongtheroutesinvariousfieldsincludingeconomyandtrade,infrastructureconstructionandculture.Spanningcontinentsandoceansandconnectingdiversecivilizations,theInitiativeservesnotonlyasabridgeforeconomiccooperation,butalsoasaplatformforculturaldialogueandpeople-to-peopleintegration.
    非物質文化遺產作為各國歷史記憶與生活智慧的結晶，承載著深厚的文化身份與情感認同。2026年適逢“一帶一路”倡議持續推進與文化合作深化的關鍵階段，本屆展覽以“絲路共生·非遺煥新”為主題，聚焦“一帶一路”沿線國家的城市非物質文化遺產與傳統工藝美術資源，鼓勵通過一帶一路沿線國家城市文化藝術與設計符號和設計語言進進行創新詮釋與跨界表達。展覽旨在搭建一個貫穿視覺藝術、設計創新與文化傳承的國際交流平臺，在“一帶一路”倡議的背景下，展示中國文化和價值觀的重要途徑，通過活動進行中國文化出海實踐，通過非物質文化遺產，探索中國文化藝術與世界文化的溝通與鏈接，展現絲路文化中的東方藝術魅力。深化沿線國家之間的設計融合、學術交流與文化理解。

     思路1：基于一帶一路沿線國家城市之間的藝術淵源、傳統文化的視覺元素，提取中國與“一帶一路”國家非遺的核心視覺基因進行設計，探究國家城市之間民族文化、“非遺”視覺創新設計、工藝美術元素等風格的融合。
    思路2：根據絲路文化中的東方藝術特色進行創作。作品具有地域文化特色。

    思路2：東北冰雪文化主題
    探究黑龍江、吉林、遼寧三省冰雪資源與城市文化內核，通過設計語言串聯冰雪產業、民俗風情、城市記憶，打造兼具思想高度、文化溫度與傳播力度的數字視覺設計作品，彰顯東北從“冰雪文化”到“冰雪經濟”的持續發展，讓冰雪旅游文化成為連接城市與大眾、傳統與現代的情感紐帶。

    7.評審方式
    1.評審團由國內外專家組成，評委名單評審前公布。
    1.Thejudgingpaneliscomposedofdomesticandforeignexperts,andthelistofjudgeswillbeannouncedbeforethereview.
     2.評審結果在相關媒體公布，未入選者不另行通知。

    評出專業組、教師組、學生組每組一等獎6名，二等獎10名，三等獎15名，優秀獎30名，入圍獎50名。本活動設特邀組別獎。

    1.線上展覽：在專業媒體平臺展示優秀作品。

    2.線下開幕及首展：在中國哈爾濱和馬來西亞吉隆坡城市分別舉辦，展覽時間和地點根據各國安排確定。
2.Offlineopeningandfirstexhibition:ItwillbeheldrespectivelyinHarbin,ChinaandKualaLumpur,Malaysia.Theexhibitiontimeandlocationwillbedeterminedaccordingtothearrangementsofeachcountry.
     3.國際巡展：在中國、馬來西亞、泰國等地進行活動巡展。

     4.作品及論文出版：推薦優秀海報作品及論文到相關期刊，出版國際書號作品集。

    10.展覽聲明
    1.本次展覽不收取任何費用。
    1.Thisexhibitionisfreeofcharge.
    2.參展作品使用權歸組委會，使用時署名作者。
    2.Therighttousetheexhibitedworksbelongstotheorganizingcommittee,andtheauthorshouldbecreditedwhenusingthem.
     3.作品須原創，否則取消參展資格，參展者承擔后果。
    3.Theworkmustbeoriginal;otherwise,theexhibitor'squalificationwillbecancelledandtheexhibitorwillbeartheconsequences.
     4.規則解釋權歸主辦單位。
